The peace in our country is kept thanks to the existence of weapons, which threaten other countries, while protecting ours.

If you live in a country were there is a war right now, you know very well how false is the "peace" we believe we have when we don't see bombs falling everywhere - but they are stored in an invisible place, ready to be used against anyone, at any time. We live "protected" by our terrible weapons, which can kill many innocent people in a second, besides many murderers.

Why should everyone die this way? Why should they watch their houses, stores and everything they have created, totally ruined by bombs?

Wars are the most evident proof that the human being is totally insane.

You live in a hell camouflaged in paradise, because those that have money and power try to hide what is bad, and those that are not as wealthy are very comfortable and don't care about justice, while the last layer of the population that lives on misery and has no power at all, suffers forever, without any hope of salvation.

How can you be normal and live happily on Earth?

Even if you are very sensible and sensitive, living in such hell, how can you keep your sanity forever? How can you be sure that tomorrow you won't be dominated by craziness and start breaking everything you see around you?

Our horrible world reflects only one of the many aspects of the truth. The worst is what exists inside you...

The human being inherits an absurd, violent and wild conscience in the biggest part of his brain. This is why he is so absurd and the world he created, too...

If you want to find mental health and keep it for life, you have to transform the wild part of your brain into a positive part of your human side.

If you are already neurotic, you must be very cautious, because neurosis is the first dangerous step of the craziness that is invading your human conscience.

When you have a big deception or you suffer from a deep trauma, you become vulnerable to the absurd suggestions of the anti-conscience, your wild and primitive side. This is why you start having absurd behavior. These are the first signs of neurosis.

The neurotic is always afraid and suspicious. He never believes in his own judgment and he tends to verify things many times over because he doesn't believe that everything is safe and was well done the first time. His verification is different from the verification of the prudent person, that never does anything without verifying twice if everything was done properly.

The neurotic locks the door of his house for example, and he remembers this action, however he goes back to the door in order to verify again that it is really locked. He is even able to go to his bedroom and then go again to the door, in order to verify once again that it is really, really locked.

This is only one aspect of the absurd neurotic behavior.

You have to realize that the only way to get over OCD is to learn from people who have had OCD, know what it's like and who have beaten it. That is the only way, period.

So now you have a decision to make. You can go and frequent the OCD forums and join the pity party or you can go and do something about your OCD. Another thing that you should know is that once you stop associating with other people with OCD, you will start to get better and only then, period!

Yes, it's true. Scientific research studies show that exercise greatly lowers your risk of dementia and your risk of Alzheimer's, the most-feared form of dementia.

Swedish scientists found that those who engaged in "leisure time physical activity" at least twice a week in middle age had a 50 percent lower chance of developing dementia, and a 60 PERCENT LOWER CHANCE OF DEVELOPING ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE, when compared with their more sedentary colleagues, according to a study published in October, 2005, in Lancet Neurology.

But, if you're already up in years, it's not too late to start. The Nurses' Health Study, which interviewed 18,766 US women aged 70 to 81 years, found that those who walked at least 1.5 miles a week had the least thinking impairment. The researchers have been following the health and physical activity of these women since 1986 and have tested their thinking abilities over the years. And women who were more physically active had significantly less decline in their thinking abilities as they aged.

Also, the Honolulu-Asia Aging Study interviewed 2,257 men between 71 and 93 years of age. They found that MEN WHO WALKED TWO MILES PER DAY HAD HALF THE RISK OF DEMENTIA, compared with those who walked less than a quarter mile per day.

So, whether you start early or late, exercise really does prevent Alzheimer's.
